  Is the pastor the same person since 2012? This happened on Sept. 16, 2012. My family and I witnessed this on that date and never returned. Our former pastor from another state told me to make my church home elsewhere. The Bible is very specific about this..."like a thief in the night." I'm glad that you checked with your pastor, but you may have a different one now.

  I was hoping to become a member, but I get suspicious of a pastor that predicts the end of the world. Let the Shofar sound on its own. The scripture says His arrival will be unknown and unpredictable like a thief in the night.

  The posted picture of "the outside" wall of Wildwood Baptist Church IS NOT CHURCH PROPERTY! Whoever posted this photo IS IN ERR. It is a quaint church building and has warm and friendly members. The church is over 150 years old with a diverse congregation from all over the world. Great place to worship and learn about the Lord, great fellowship, and great food! :)

  Trying to find a Biblically sound church is not an easy task, I am happy the LORD led me to Wildwood Baptist Church which holds to Biblically sound doctrine & is not afraid to preach the truth of Yahweh's Word from the pulpit! An incredibly friendly congregation as well. The review below from "A. Reviewer" is not accurate, no one predicts the exact coming of our LORD at Wildwood Baptist Church.

  First, ignore the review saying that the pastor is predicting the specific time Jesus will return. I asked the pastor point-blank about this, and he was quite shocked that anyone had such an impression. The other members of the church thought it was funny as well. That review is wrong.
  
  I have been attending for about two months now, and the pastor teaches in an expository style (except for special sermons like with Christmas). So far, I haven't noticed any issues with his theology, although I don't always agree with him on some non-core points. That's fine, though!
  
  In fact, at the men's bible study, he likes to get feedback on his sermons. Very nice guy, and he doesn't compromise on truth to gain favor from the world. In this area, that's rare. So if you want the bible taught as the source of truth with the saving grace of Christ as a central theme, then this is a solid church.
  
  The church itself is quite friendly, and is possibly the friendliest church to newcomers I have ever visited. If you like food, there's almost always some after church for lunch - potluck-style.
  
  Good church so far.

  Finally found a church that upholds God's word. Sola scriptura. Welcoming congregation. Expository preaching. Service is at 11am.
